🎄☀️ A Tropical Christmas Adventure! ☀️🎄

This isn’t your ordinary Christmas — it’s Christmas in July! Grotonwood brings the holiday spirit to summer through beachy Christmas adventures, giving campers the chance to build their very own sandman, splash through Christmas‑themed water activities, and meet Tropical Santa himself. We may even help Santa cool off with some waterfront fun! 

Christmas in July is filled with festive challenges. Get ready to race in the Christmas Relay, tackle Santa’s Summer Obstacle Course, train in Elf Boot Camp, and dive into the Reindeer Water Games. And for those campers who prefer the cozy and crafty side of Christmas, we’ll be decorating cookies, making ornaments, and caroling everywhere we go. 

Campers are invited to dress in Christmas colors, tropical holiday outfits, festive pajamas, or any holiday‑themed attire as they enjoy a jolly summer celebration filled with laughter, creativity, friendship, and plenty of surprises.

During chapel, campers uncover the true meaning of Christmas and why we celebrate the birth of Jesus. Even in the middle of summer, we remember the greatest gift God has given us — His Son, Jesus. 

Luke 2:11: “Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord.” 

FLEXI-DAY

$125 per day

Come just for one day or stay the whole week!

Our Flexi-Day option offers you full control and complete flexibility. Our desire is that your child would want to spend every second of their summer at camp, BUT we know that the key to success is making camp work around your busy summer schedule.

Flexi-Day offers you the ability to register for as little as one day out of the whole summer for a reasonable tuition fee of $125 per day. Flexi-day also covers two, three or four days per week. Tuition includes a hot lunch, afternoon snack, daily supervised swim, and a registered camp nurse available to assist your camper in case of emergency.

BREAKFAST CLUB

Drop off from 7:30am, $30 per day

Join us for a cooked breakfast, which also includes cereal, fruit, yogurt, eggs and a toast bar.

DINNER CLUB

Pick up at 6:00pm, $30 per day

Dinner club is very popular and fills quick! Campers hang at camp a little longer with their favorite counselors, eat in the Main Dining hall and enjoy a two-course dinner!
