Grotonwood staff have more than just “a job and a paycheck”. Working in a Christ-centered community is a tremendously rewarding and life-changing experience, ask our camp directors! Know that whatever role you land in at camp, you will be making a tremendously positive impact in campers and/or retreat guest’s lives.
