Wanna Work at CAMP huh?!
FAR MORE THAN A JOB
As a seasonal or year-round member of the Grotonwood team, you will become part of an awesome community! Staff members stay connected to Grotonwood for the rest of their lives and many return year after year for great summers with great people on the shores of Lost Lake. Grotonwood staff have more than just “a job and a paycheck”. Working in a Christ-centered community is a tremendously rewarding and life-changing experience, ask our camp directors! Know that whatever role you land in at camp, you will be making a tremendously positive impact in campers and/or retreat guest’s lives. Just by its design, camp allows you to grow your teaching and leadership skills whilst developing you in other areas, like teamwork and collaboration.
