& REFUND POLICY
NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
Registration for all camp sessions requires a minimum deposit to secure the camper’s enrollment in the selected session.
The deposit amounts are listed below and will be calculated and shown during the online registration.
The minimum deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
The minimum deposit and any funds paid towards the session balance may be transferred to another available session (as credit) upon request prior to the deadline set out below. After the deadline, any changes will be treated as a cancellation (please see ‘Cancellations’ below).
ADULT PROGRAM RATES AND DEPOSITS 2025

REMAINING BALANCE & Paperwork Submission
The remainder of the session fee is due on the following schedule:
• Summer Camp: Camp forms, medical paperwork and full payment minus the deposit paid are due by June 1st, regardless of the session start date.
• Registrations made after June 1st must be paid in full, and medical records must be provided at the time of registration.
• If payment is made by physical check, the date received is the date that will be used. In-person delivery is available.
• Fall Vacation: Camp forms, medical paperwork and full payment minus the deposit paid is due by October 1st.
• Registrations made after October 1st must be paid in full, and medical records must be provided at the time of registration.
• If payment is made by physical check, the date received is the date that will be used. In-person delivery is available.
• Spring Vacation: Camp forms, medical paperwork and full payment minus the deposit paid is due by March 1st.
• Registrations made after April 1st must be paid in full, and medical records must be provided at the time of registration.
• If payment is made by physical check, the date received is the date that will be used. In-person delivery is available.
LATE PAYMENT & PAPERWORK SUBMISSION
A one-time Late Payment and/or Paperwork Submission fee of $50 per camper, will be assessed for overdue balances and paperwork submitted after the deadline.
If the chosen session has a waitlist and your balance has not been paid in full, we may cancel your registration, refund to you any payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit, and offer the space to another camper.
SESSION CHANGES
The deposit and any funds paid towards the session balance may be transferred to another available session (as credit) upon request prior to the deadline. After the deadline, any changes will be treated as a cancellation (please see below).
Summer Camp: Full payment minus the deposit paid is due by June 1st, regardless of the session start date.
Fall Vacation: Full payment minus the deposit paid is due by October 1st.
Spring Vacation: Full payment minus the deposit paid is due by April 1st.
CANCELLATIONS
All payments, excluding the deposit, are refundable if a cancellation request is received by the deadline.
Summer Camp: Full payment minus the deposit paid is due by June 1st, regardless of the session start date.
Fall Vacation: Full payment minus the deposit paid is due by October 1st.
Spring Vacation: Full payment minus the deposit paid is due by April 1st.
If a cancellation is requested after the deadline, a payment may be refundable at the discretion of the camp director as follows:
The enrolled camper cannot attend due to illness, upon written evidence from the medical provider;
OR
The open spot can be filled by a waitlisted camper.
EARLY DEPARTURES/LATE ARRIVALS
• If a camper leaves the session early due to illness/medical reasons, a prorated refund for the balance of the stay (less the deposit) will be made based upon the number of whole days missed and upon written evidence from the medical provider.
• If a camper leaves or is dismissed from the session early or arrives late for any other reasons, there shall be no refund offered.
OTHER
No refunds will be given:
If a camper is unable to attend due to incomplete paperwork / submission of medical records
If a camper fails to show up for the session
If a camper goes home due to homesickness
If a camper goes home for behavioral reasons including bullying and harassment
If a camper goes home for displays of verbal and or physical aggression
