Take on the Challenge!

For campers who love competition, teamwork, and pushing their limits! During Challenge Week, campers will dive into exciting water competitions like kayaking and swimming races, test their strength and agility in sports challenges, and take part in fun activities designed to spark their determination and spirit.

Every day brings a new opportunity to shine—whether in the lake, on the field, or in group competitions that build confidence and friendships.

This session has a 1:5 staff ratio for campers aged 7–9 and a 1:10 ratio for campers aged 10–17.

    • Campers seeking a creative outlet in their summer camp experience

    • Campers wanting to participate in daily ‘intensives’ - options are culinary arts, fine art, performing arts and engineering

    • Campers wishing to learn new skills relating to their artistic passions

    • Campers who want to push themselves to try something completely new to them

  • Session specific information coming soon.

    In the afternoons, campers will participate in lakefront activities including supervised daily swim, themed cruise on Lost Lake, tubing*, blobbing*, boating*, kayaking*, paddle-boating*, water balloon wars and beach-movie nights, visits to the camp store.

    Additional activities in include archery, arts & crafts, giant slip n slide, campfire with S’mores, team sports, chapel-time and Grotonwood’s Got Talent!

    *Age restrictions and swim level apply.
