Paperwork, PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

FOR kids OVERNIGHT CAMP


NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

  • Registration for all camp sessions requires a minimum deposit of between $175-$250 to secure the camper’s enrollment in the selected session, we cannot hold spots for campers without payment.

  • Registrations made after June 1 must be paid in full at time of registration.

  • The minimum deposit is not refundable in any circumstances as it covers administration costs.

REMAINING BALANCE

The remainder of the session fee is due on the following schedule: 

Summer Camp: Full payment minus the deposit paid is due by June 1, regardless of the session start date.

April Vacation Day Camp: Full payment minus the deposit paid is due by April 1.

Elevate Winter Camp: Full payment minus the deposit paid is due by February 1.

Registrations made after the deadline must be paid in full at time of registration. If payment is made by physical check, the date received is the date that will be used (in-person delivery is available)

LATE PAYMENTS & PAPERWORK SUBMISSION

For overdue balances and late submission of paperwork (after the deadline), the following will apply:

•  Fees of $25 per camper, per week it is late

•  If the chosen session has a waitlist and your balance has not been paid in full or paperwork is not submitted by the deadline, we may cancel your registration, refund to you any payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit, and offer the space to another camper.

 

CHANGES AND CREDIT TRANSFERS

The deposit and any funds paid towards the session balance may be transferred to another available session upon request prior to June 1.  After June 1 any changes will be treated as a cancellation (please see below).

 

CANCELLATIONS

All payments, excluding the deposit, are refundable, if a cancellation request is received by June 1.  If a cancellation is requested after June 1, a payment may be refundable at the discretion of the camp director as follows:

  • The enrolled camper cannot attend for medical reasons, upon written evidence from the medical provider; OR

  • The open spot is filled by a waitlisted camper.

 

EARLY DEPARTURES/LATE ARRIVALS

•  If a camper leaves the session early due to medical reasons, a prorated refund for the balance of the stay (minus the deposit) will be made based upon the number of whole days missed and upon written evidence from the medical provider. 

•  If a camper leaves or is dismissed from the session early or arrives late for any other reasons, there shall be no refund offered.

OTHER

No refunds will be given:

  • If a camper is unable to attend due to incomplete paperwork / submission of medical records.

  • If a camper fails to show up for the session.

  • If a camper goes home due to homesickness.

  • If a camper goes home for behavioral reasons including bullying and harassment or is unsafe to self or others.

  • If a camper goes home for displays of verbal and or physical aggression.

  • If a camper goes home because they cannot follow camp policies and procedures.
