The prices quoted above include all accommodation, activities and meals. Campers will visit the Country Store each day, where snacks, sodas and souvenirs are available to be purchased. We maintain a four to one ratio for all Adult Vacations & Trips Weeks. Our desire is to provide camping experiences to all adults with disabilities, however, our current programs do require certain minimum levels of mobilty, self help and social skills. If you’re unsure if camp will be suitable please contact the office at (978) 448 5763.
A deposit must be paid by debit or credit card during enrollment to secure your place.
All campers are required to provide the following information prepared and signed by a licensed health care provider. All information must be recieved at least two weeks before the camper arrives:
(1) Medical history which lists allergies, required medications and any health conditions or impairments which may affect the individual’s activities while attending camp.
(2) A certificate of immunization including Measles, Mumps and Rubella (unless born before 1957) and Diphtheria and Tetanus Toxoids.
(3) A report of a physical examination conducted during the preceding 18 months.
(4) Copy of health insurance information.

Once we have recieved your online registration we will email you our Guide to a Great Summer Experience, this includes a packing list, rules and other information.
No camper has to miss out on camp due to financial reasons. Camperships are available to all that require assistance. Contact the office for a Campership Request Form or download one from here. The form must be received at least 10 days before your chosen session start date.
Grotonwood complies with the regulations of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (105 CMR 430,000), and is licensed by the Groton Board of Health.
